It's Not The Answer

“When one door closes, another opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us.”
                                          Alexander Graham Bell

Suicide is often looked upon as an act of selfishness and self-absorption. It is quite difficult for people to understand what goes through your own mind when you cannot even define or describe what it is. “Why am I like this?” you ask yourself. It is a daily battle, a tough and cruel battle. Unfortunately, as time progresses, the thoughts get stronger and stronger. You start to give in and make a decision. The decision to end it; right there and now. With no looking back, you are determined to just finish.
Why?
Is it because life is too hard to handle? Is it because you assume that you cannot take it anymore? Is it because you believe that you’re weak?
Stop assuming, thinking and believing that you cannot get through this. Remember that this bad hour will end, this bad day will pass by and this bad year will be replaced. Remember that there are people out there, scattered willing to help and support you. Not her, not him, not they. You. They all want to help YOU. Are you honestly willing to end your whole life? The life that has it’s purpose, the life that deserves a place in the universe, the life that you’ve been fighting for.
No you will not give up. You will not end your life today, not tomorrow, and not ever.
You are loved.
You are wanted.
You are needed.
If you don’t believe that well you are all that in the eyes of God. You are his creation. You are worthy of love and happiness. You are worthy of living your life to the fullest with no limits.
Give yourself a chance and look at yourself. Really look at yourself, at your skin, at your sad eyes, at everything. Listen to the beats of your heart; these beats deserve to beat a million times more.
Vulnerability is not a sign of weakness. Be vulnerable and tell someone about your problems. Get help; professional help if needed. You deserve a better life than the life you are living now so be the change. Change your life and build a route to your happiness and full potential.
