Happiness

“Happiness often sneaks in through a door you didn't know you left open.”

Happiness is a state of mind where every toxic thought is blocked and every smile you paint on your face is infectious. Often times people search for happiness when their own happiness is right in front of them. Open the door to your heart and mind for only happiness to enter. Keep in mind that after every storm there’s a rainbow and at the end of every tunnel is sunlight. Happiness is not meant to be waited for, but chased. You can wait a day, a week or even a decade for you to feel the happiness that you’ve been waiting for but what truly matters is how much effort you put into finding and doing the things that make you happy.

Appreciate all the things; big and small in your life that force a smile onto your face. It’s amazing how much a little thing can have such a huge impact on you. Spend your time building your life based on the things that feel good from the inside and the experiences you’ve gained from every mistake you’ve made. Mistakes are not to be ashamed of but experiences to learn from. Walk away from everything and everyone that has never made you truly happy and replace them with everything that has ever made you happy.

   Be happy.
  Stay happy.
